The workshop advised prospective Filipino applicants who wish to undertake masters and doctoral-level degrees in Europe through the Erasmus+ scheme. The workshop, divided into two sessions in the morning and in the afternoon, were attended by 83 participants and facilitated by 15 Filipino alumni of various Erasmus and Erasmus Mundus programs.
Participants received useful information about the general Erasmus application processes, eligibility and requirements; practical tips on writing an appropriate CV/résumé, composing a compelling motivation letter; and satisfying language requirements.
“This initiative is a result of many requests from Filipinos who would like to study in Europe to assist them on how to package their Erasmus applications. Who better share advice on this than the EMA Philippines Fellows who’ve already successfully applied for the programs?”, said an EMA alumni member.
Through this workshop, EMA Philippines hopes that more Filipinos will avail the opportunities being provided through the Erasmus+ programmes of the European Union.
