"Student Fair", Bosnia and Herzegovina

Erasmus Student Network Bosnia and Herzegovina had organised the project called “Student Fair”. This project was implemented in Sarajevo and Tuzla with the help of those two local ESN sections and funded by ESAA Professional Development grant.

Student Fair in Tuzla was held on 17th of October at the School of Economics of the University in Tuzla. The project has offered students to meet active NGOs in Bosnia and Herzegovina especially which are involved in local community of Tuzla Canton. Also, they could learn more about ways to get involved in those organisations. Within the “Student Fair” the training based on topic “Labor market” was also held. Participants listened to lecturer who talked about the situation on labor market. Besides that, participants practiced writing CV and role play of job interview. This was one of the first major projects of candidate section - ESN Tuzla. The Fair was well visited and feedbacks were extremely good.

Student Fair in Sarajevo was organised in the auditorium of the School of Economics and Business of the University of Sarajevo. The Fair was held on 24th October from 10-17h. The Student fair brought together over 15 NGOs and student organisations from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal of this project was to bring NGO sector closer to youth. All interested students and youth generally could come to learn something more about these organisations and maybe become a members of some of them. ESN BiH also had its own promo desk with promotion material in order to present ESN work on international, national and local level. In Sarajevo, also, the training on the topic of “Labor market” was held.
