ESAA Board
The Board is the steering body of ESAA and responsible for the major decisions concerning its functioning. It is composed by ten members nominated by the four organizations constituting ESAA. These members set the annual strategy, develop a work plan and decide on budgetary planing.

Communication Working Group
The Communication Working Group is responsible for the network’s communication channels. It manages the website, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. In addition, it publishes regular newsletters and the ESAA magazine.
Events Working Group
The ESAA Event Working Group deals with topics related the identity, establishment and development of the ESAA community. The Working Group’s mission is to be instrumental in connecting the ESAA members with a variety of educational, socio geographical and professional background.

Survey & Research Working Group
The ESAA Survey & Research Working Group keeps the ESAA community informed of important educational policies, research, and European level dialogues and events that impact them. PER will seek out opportunities for external relations, suggest seminars, events and conferences that would be important for ESAA’s representation.

Internationalisation at Home
Benefits and Opportunities of interactions between Mobile and Local Students.
We are proud to present the final Report of the ESAA Survey about Internationalisation at Home.
The participation of nearly 4000 students and alumni worldwide made it possible to answer questions such as:
- In what ways do local and mobile students interact with each other? How often and where do these interactions take place?
- What kind of relationships develop between local and mobile students (e.g., close friendships and romantic relationships)?
- How do local students benefit from these interactions with regard to their interest in mobility, intercultural skills, career plans and intercultural awareness?
- What keeps local and mobile students from interacting with each other?
- What can be improved to enhance interactions between local and mobile students?

Professional Development Working Group
The Professional Development Working Group offers strategies and methodologies that can assist ESAA’s members in the acquisition of professional development skills. This includes a platform for cross-disciplinary collaboration and the ability to work in diverse teams. The Working Group fosters global and cultural awareness, helps ESAA members to develop leadership and project management skills and flair for entrepreneurship.

Erasmus+ Promotion Working Group
The (Erasmus+) Promotion Working Group is the main coordinating hub for Erasmus+ programme within ESAA. Its mission is to increase the awareness of the benefits of Erasmus+ programme, support preparation of Erasmus+ Trainings and to coordinate the pool of existing Erasmus+ Trainers. This Working group evaluates and coordinates Erasmus+ Promotion Events worldwide, through specialized granting system and offers a support to the applicants. It is also responsible for the development of Erasmus+ and ESAA promotional material.
