ESAA LG Monthly Meeting
On March 15th 2023, ESAA Liaison Group (LG) had a virtual monthly meeting with some updates and interchange of ESAA LG and invited organisation.
Every month, ESAA LG virtually meet and work together for the alliance. The meeting starts with introduction round moderated by Patricia Morales Sanchez (ESAA Community Manager) following with update from ESAA Liaison Group (LG) representatives -Uswa alhamid (OCEANS Network), Shennam Jain( EMA), Serena Tenea (GaragErasmus) and invited organisation- ASAF represented by Lina Mkoji. This month topic was related to ESAA Representive’s guideline, interchange between organisation under EU Funding and project updates.
ESAA LG has been working together with ESAA Community Manager for the draft, update and feedback on the guideline that will be useful for next ESAA Representative and the document expected to be finished by next month. Furthermore, there were any changes in the board member under ESAA umbrella organisation but interchange between partners organisation will still continue through collaboration in project, participate in partner organisation event, etc. Regarding the ESAA project updates, selected ESAA projects 2nd call 2022 are still ongoing in the implementation phase, selected ESAA Projects 3rd call 2022 already received feedback of their plans in the elaboration phase and ESAA Project 1st call 2023 closed on 13 March and 30 projects application were received. There will be no more call in this year and all projects that have been accepted is expected to be implemented by October 2023 at the latest.
