  • Creating an inclusive community that encourages open dialogue on mental health.
  • Increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues among the Erasmus community and beyond
  • Offering capacity-building and professional development for alumni.
  • Developing an accessible repository of resources for the entire Erasmus community.

How do we do it?

  • Support Groups: Safe spaces for students to share experiences and build community.
  • Resource Development: A repository of informative materials, recordings, tools, and key information on mental health.
  • Data and Needs Assessment: Gathering data to tailor the program to the needs of Erasmus Mundus students and evaluate its impact.
