The Erasmus Photovoice project and Podcast of the acculturation of Erasmus students during the Covid_19 pandemic.
Having had the opportunity to be an Erasmus student both in Belgium and Spain, as a young woman of colour from South Africa has opened the world to me.
It has helped me carve my own career path and now I am blessed to assist and create opportunities for other young students to have the same”. This is a quote from former Erasmus student Tarynne Swarts who is the current project manager of the Erasmus podcast. The first podcast will be published on Wednesday the 19th of January 2022!
All the guests have interesting stories to tell about their Erasmus journeys and if you are a young student and want to know more, tune in! Our first highly esteemed guest will be EU Ambassador to South Africa, Dr Riina Kionka and former Chief Policy Advisor to the President of European Council, who shared her experience of working abroad in different countries such as the USA, Germany and South Africa, shared information about the new call for Erasmus students and her love for South African trumpeter Hugh Masekela.
