YOUTH IN ACTION!
YOUTH IN ACTION provided a framework for a wide range of activities that aimed to bring European opportunities closer to young people, during 5 months in Málaga Province, from January to May 2023, Spain, with more than 500 young people involved.
The project "YOUTH IN ACTION" was established with the purpose of empowering young people by bringing European opportunities within their reach. Recognising the immense value of international experiences in fostering personal growth, intercultural understanding, and skills development, the project aimed to inform and engage young individuals in studying, volunteering, and internship placements abroad. To achieve this, a comprehensive framework of activities was implemented, including regular information sessions held in schools, fairs, and sports events.
The project "YOUTH IN ACTION" was launched by Garage Erasmus Malaga, with the primary objective of informing young people about the opportunities available to them for studying, volunteering, and participating in internship placements abroad. Over the course of its implementation, the project witnessed remarkable achievements, impacting the lives of countless young individuals across Europe. By providing them with comprehensive information and guidance, the project helped break down barriers and made international experiences more accessible to a wider audience. The timeframe for the project spanned several years, during which it garnered substantial support and participation from various stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and youth organisations. The global results of the project were reflected in the increased number of young people who pursued international opportunities and benefited from the intercultural learning and personal growth they provided.
